Dearest Roy, I thank you for your kind words about my current battle, and I KNOW that I will tackle it and WIN!! Also, I am a true believer that you are a man who possesses infinite wisdom on many issues that plague todays' society.
I thank you again for your support and for taking my mind off of my battle in which I will tackle. You put a smile on my face every time I log on, if not a full on laugh :-). I wish that I had the time and energy to visit you here with a question every day, unfortunately I'm not smart enough to think of clever things to ask or say on a daily basis.
I will, however, consult with you on important as well as un-important issues as they pop into my head during these next few critical months.

Star of Chelsea Lately on E!
There’s more to Roy Handler than being one of Chelsea Handler’s older brothers. Of course, there’s his giant melon head and his love of curvaceous black women, but more importantly to Roy and the staff of Chelsea Lately, he is a well renowned chef.
Roy graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and was the Executive Chef at Fitzgerald’s 1928 Tavern in Glen Ridge, NJ. Roy held monthly culinary arts session at Fitzgerald’s called, “Cooking with Chef Roy.” In these sessions he taught the art of experimentation, preparation and getting the most out of what you have.
In 2009, Roy moved to Los Angeles and currently works as Chelsea’s personal chef. He also started his own catering company called, Haute Mess Catering, which emphasizes the importance of cooking with only fresh, natural and locally grown ingredients.
Roy has also made a name for himself with regular appearances on the E! Networks hit show Chelsea Lately. On the show, Roy is often publicly humiliated and ridiculed by Chelsea in a loving sisterly way. In addition to Chelsea Lately, Roy, is a re-occurring character on Borderline Amazing Productions new show, After Lately, which premiered in March 2011 on E!
Roy’s has 13,475 twitter followers that are steadily on the rise. Many followers are looking to be penetrated by Chelsea Handler’s brother and we all know nothing could make her more proud or him more satisfied.
